To be honest I've heard about the effects of Screen Time on your eyes before, but I figured it would NOT affect me. So when I bought these glasses it was mainly because of how stylish they are and not because of the technology behind them. HOWEVER I've been using them for a few days and I'm genuinely shocked to admit they work! I didn't really realize how strained my eyes were until I started using these glasses. I don't feel as tired and I can concentrate better. There is a significant difference! This would be ideal for someone who works on their computer all day, or even a blogger who is constantly on their phone. I love that they are incredibly affordable and really worth it. π€
