First of all for those of you who have trouble fitting your head to SML-XL with a helmet: My head (including my thick hair) is 22.5 inches large, measuring approximately 1.5 cm inches. Above my eyebrows because that's where the underside of the helmet pad touches my forehead. This oversized helmet fits me perfectly. The retractable visor is easy to operate even with gloves on - just squeeze the lever and it slowly lowers, raise until it clicks to put it back in place. I am very happy with the value of the helmet as it is a quality helmet - you get what you pay for and if my head hits the pavement I want a good helmet on my head.
