This hair dryer came right in the middle of my bad hair season. I have fine curly/wavy hair but my head is full of it. When it's damp, my hair becomes frizzy, thick, and difficult to manage. So I ordered this hair dryer hoping to treat my hair in hot and humid conditions. It's expensive, but I've been using it for a week and so far have found it's worth the price for me. It took a few experimental sessions to find the right temperature and speed to get my hair dry without frizz and still keep my curls and waves intact. Of course, the right styling products paired with a blow dryer likely contribute to my success. However, I have used "cheap" dryers my entire life and this is the first time I have invested in a professional dryer. I am very satisfied with this product and recommend it. Especially now that we are in quarantine and cannot visit the salon as regularly, this product is particularly important. It's more important than ever to take care of my hair to prevent heat damage and split ends, and this hair dryer is definitely part of that new routine.
