The hair was delivered on time it was packaged very nicely when I took the hair off it smelled like an old lady's perfume lol I washed bleached my hair and the knots at the back of my head! The smell is gone and the hair is still very soft and beautiful, this hair hardly ever falls out and I also got a free pair of eyelashes as a gift. I gave the hair 4 stars before installation.
