I have large male hands and this mouse is comfortable to hold but not for me. Other reviews are accurate in that the forward and back buttons on the side of the thumb are too close to the thumb and easily accidentally pressed during use. The left and right mouse buttons are too big. The left mouse is too big as it interferes with the scroll wheel or wheel button. The right mouse button is too big, as it can easily be hit with the third and pinky fingers when moving the mouse over the mouse pad. While it's comfortable and ergonomic to hold, the size and shape aren't great for gaming. The palm rest actually gets in the way when moving the mouse because you can't secure the base of your hand to move the mouse. If you move your whole hand while using the mouse, this design might work for you. However, if you like to hold the base of your hand or wrist and move the mouse primarily with your fingers, this design may not work. For general computing or office use this would be a good choice, but I wouldn't recommend this mouse for people with large hands or as a serious gaming mouse.
