Review on ๐Ÿ’จ Revolutionary Dyson Cyclone Lightweight Cordless Cleaner: Unmatched Cleaning Power without the Cords! by John Holliday

Update: NOT WORTH IMO

Update: I've had this vacuum for about 6 months now. I've already had to send it to Dyson for repairs as it keeps pulsing on all settings when there's no clog and the motorized vacuum head stops working. Also, while I do have to clean the filter every few months, I have to take it out after almost every vacuum or it will start pulsing right away. I had to go back to a stationary vacuum cleaner because I can't vacuum with it. Even after Dyson sent it back for repair, the pulsing continues. I am VERY disappointed that I spent so much money and it didn't work. I'm not looking forward to sending it back to Dyson. Too bad I never bought it. First Review: As a mother of two, I struggled to vacuum the house. We have Dyson's stand-up style, which is 8 years old. After pulling out this heavy appliance, I was afraid to vacuum as it took hours to clean our two story house. Since our house is mostly hardwood, I almost always used a hard floor extender. Not to mention it's bulky and unwieldy. Shocked by the price of a V10-powered beast, I hit the buy button anyway. But that's where the buyer's regret ended. Vacuuming becomes a pleasure! Such a massive improvement over our old Dyson. It's very light in comparison and not very noisy, which is useful if you need to tidy up while carrying a sleeping baby. (So far) I've had no trouble holding a load and have been able to vacuum my entire 2,000mยฒ. Feet on a single charge, but instead I clean multiple rooms every other day because it's so quick and easy to get out, vacuum and clean. I found the low suction on hardwoods sufficient for my needs, while the medium suction on carpets and rugs removes SO MUCH dirt. I didn't even need the maximum suction power. There are a few things I would like to consider about the Dyson to fully justify the price. My hard floor nozzle from my old vacuum cleaner doesn't match the new design. No problem, because the motorized head is excellent at removing pet hair and dust balls.2. Non-removable battery. Why doesn't Dyson have a removable battery so you have a spare if the battery dies halfway through cleaning? Also, it's okay if you vacuum in parts rather than the whole house at once.3. The hanging dock has only 2 built-in slots for other attachments. This particular one has 4 additional uses. So I had to put 2 others in the closet (where I'll probably forget I have them). Uh, it would be nice to have everything in one place. In general, the purchase is worthwhile. It even enticed my husband to suckle occasionally without complaining. I would call it a win.

Pros
  • Designed for deep cleaning the whole house. Suction power, runtime and tools for deep cleaning around the house.
Cons
  • The cord is shorter than others
