The price can be much higher than others solutions for similar services but their support team makes this process quick and simple so there isn't any down time or lost revenue during implementation of such service.

It's been great working with them since we started using them nearly 4 years ago now & still going strong as ever!! They continue improving every year which keeps our business happy customers satisfied. We use them primarily because its more cost effective then other companies who offer these types of tools - however not only do we save money by doing so (which helps) we also get better customer satisfaction from being able to respond faster when tickets come through slack.
