The kids loved them! Adults = yes, see better
Little kids love it, adults weren't that impressed. So I would say it just depends on who the recipient is. Of course, finding a set of them that keeps reigniting is a hit-and-miss game. At least they light up again. Although I've seen better. In short, if you know a really good brand, stick with them or they will do the job.
