PROS: Not much to say here. You take it out of the charger, it turns on automatically and just connects to my phone. And if you need dual setup, take out the extra earbud and it will automatically pair with another earphone easily, which is the best feature for me. I'm the kitchen manager at a local restaurant and most of the time I'm there I wear a single earbud that doesn't fall out and stays firmly in my ear, which is really nice considering the lack of an earhook. It sounds smart, when I listen to my music with a piece everything is fine and clear, calls are clear too, and people on the other end say they can hear me just fine. When I get home I watch YouTube videos with the dual setting and oh my god the sound quality gets a lot better. And the battery life is on par, no complaints. CONS: The only issue I have with this product is that the charging case cover doesn't connect to a better hinge system. After so many openings of the lid it starts to dangle a lot and doesn't want to stay locked anymore (which in truth may also be due to the fact that I carry the case in my pocket at work). I haven't had any problems other than the lid. generally with this product. I can only recommend him, he does what I want and does it well. Also, I'm using Android (Motorola Moto E5 Supra) so I can't say how it will work on Apple products.
