After testing this line with regular 2.5mm stretch and 3/32" paracord, it seems to break on all fronts. It ties knots with difficulty, does not hold tension (stretches), constantly fails at light weight. I just had a catastrophic line break (sounding like a .22 rifle) with only about 100 pounds of tension, which I applied to a regular nylon guy line and 275 paracord with no problem. It can't be that it has a Dyneema core. It is absolutely weaker than nylon rope. I have tried all sizes of this product and also the reflective cord they make and it is just bad cord. And it comes from the mother of gear lovers. Do yourself a favor and head to Paracord Planet or AIDIER for a heavy duty canvas or trainable camping help line.
