I doubt this item (or the seller selling it) is genuine hence the rating. It came "scattered" (see photo), the packaging is not sealed and not hygienic. After I decided and tried it by following all the instructions exactly, it didn't work at all. It's really awful - what a disappointment! In addition, the nourishing oil is more like an alcoholic drying oil. It burns more than the other two solutions. Finally, I know it's a perm, but be warned if you're sensitive to smells - it smells gross!
