I have a mouse 2.4/additional. Keyboard receivers that fit snugly and neatly, but Western Digital's USB connectors on their ribbon cables and flash drives are so loose they're constantly disconnected from the computer. I want to put a metal pad in there to make it more solid. I've just bought a couple of these and they're practically useless unless it's an app with no external hard drives or flash drives that can move or bump when connected to a laptop, for example, like in mine Case. It is only rated for 1 USB 3 external hard drive at 900mA and even one is not recommended. I had 2 hard drives and a flash drive. The stand's fan switches to another and my mouse keeps disappearing. not enough power.
