Great Customer Service & Easy To Use Platform
The customer service is great! They are always super helpful. If my questions can't be answered instantly, they'll help me get what I need. We've been using this software for about 2 years now and have never had an issue with it. It's easy to use, and has everything we need to comply with HIPAA or other regulations. Their website also has some good information on how to navigate their platform. We can easily search for patient files, send files back and forth, upload documents, etc., without having to log into many different websites. This software is great! We're able to comply with HIPAA regulations by sending our patients' PHI securely across state lines.
