This dog food is like a thick gravy with bits of veg and some meat. It looks a bit rough but my two dogs seem to really enjoy it. I gave them some just to see if they would eat it and they did, but I've been mixing it in their kibble ever since. I am very concerned about the health of her teeth and this soft food does not keep her teeth clean but continues to stick to them and make them very dirty. But it's still very good food. I like to give them special food once a week to keep them happy and make life more fun. But I usually feed them good quality dry food from different brands. The ingredient list looks really good and it's low in fat at only 1.5% so my overweight dog can eat it and I'm not too concerned about her gaining more weight. The outside of the packaging says it's 100% human grade ingredients, which I really like because so much pet food is made from spoiled and diseased food. I want to know that my dogs don't eat garbage, but quality food.
