***Update*** The review below was my first review I will be leaving. In the meantime I have contacted the support. They explained they had a bad batch of fasteners from their supplier so they sent me a new one. I had time to try it and now it works fine. Working with the company was easy and I am very happy with this product and the customer support.******************************* * *** *** **I like the design. The wide bladder opening makes cleaning easier. I love the functionality of the pockets and storage areas. I can put a lot in there. I'm not a fan of zippers. The design lets them pull from the top of the zipper and not the front or back of the zipper. The improved zipper makes it easier to open and close. The attachment tabs on the bladder broke so easily on my first attempt at using them. Even after the first tab broke, I decided to be very careful with the second. Make sure everything is aligned correctly, then gently rotate the latch. click. The design seems good, but it seems that they have gone the way of cheap materials. I'll pass it on to them though as the seals are broken it's still not leaking. I don't know if this will continue. Let's see how they fare with customer service. Maybe I'll update the rating and add a star if all goes well. Although I have no interest in constantly sending bubbles back and forth if they keep breaking. Let's hope they fix this issue and not just replace it. The photos show both sides of the green mounting tabs and one picture shows them upside down, full of water and not leaking even if the tabs are broken.
