The cream is a little awkward to apply - only on the back of the hand. Once you get the hang of it, your hands will look better in that moment. Unfortunately, in terms of moisture, sagging, and lightening of dark spots, I have yet to experience any of these benefits. I'm still hopeful, but two weeks of use haven't made much of an impression. Now the winter season is starting in my area and I don't think this hand cream will be good enough to stop the terrible winter dryness of my hands. I will continue to use it in hopes it will help the look but I'm sure I'll put some strong ointment or petroleum jelly on every night to keep my fingers and knuckles from splitting.
