Used these for a few calisthenics/bar workouts and so far they've done the job -- my calluses aren't quite as gnarly as they used to be and I can get some more sets out before the skin on my hands gets too painful. Only suggestion, as others have pointed out, is that round finger holes rather than square might be a little more comfortable. Good product for the price though.
