Excellent fit. I'm 5'3", 160#, I wear a size 12, have a heavy waist and a size XL fits well without constricting my waist. The material is thin and works great in the pool. I chose gray to take in the warmth of the sun not too absorbing.color but black would probably be more forgiving.I see my bumps and cellulite dimples more than I'd like but the comfort was absolute and the panty liner is a nice feature.
