I needed a decent budget belt for chores and this was perfect. The flip top buckle is pretty cheap but does the job perfectly. This allows the belt to be stretched to the desired tightness very easily and the belt can be adjusted to the desired length. It also makes it very easy to undo the belt when you remove it (another type of belt buckle that uses a pull pin to keep the belt taut means you have to push it harder to loosen the pin, before you can undo the belt. This may be a little uncomfortable when you first tighten it. This buckle just pops open to loosen). Great belt for use with work wear around the house.
