I decided to try it and it took a whole day, first the positives: the replacement glass was the right color, it had the Apple logo on it and it said iPhone , Just like the original, the glass is thick and easy to stick on the sticker. now the negative, the tools didn't really help, i had to get razor blades and a small flat head screwdriver to help remove the old glass, it was extremely difficult, it took 3 hours non-stop to get most of the edges out. I spent the rest of my day removing the center glass above and below the charging pad and also the glass around the camera, the glass was all over me, all over my living room, you have to wear glasses to use it put the charger away. Glass, don't know what type of glue Apple uses but it's very difficult to remove, when I finally removed the whole glass there were traces of glue all over the back, I had to use a zip file to align it to the real one Glass not to break but I ended up breaking the new glass due to a small piece of the old back plate still around the camera lens which I didn't know I had left as it was hard to tell if I did it did had all the old glass around and under the camera so what be careful the tiniest bit left back and your right back when you got back before you spent all day fixing that I'll fix those Never attempt repair again.
