Light In the Box completely failed me. The dress I ordered for my baptism never arrived. I scrambled to find something suitable and this dress was available for next day shipping. It arrived on time and to my relief, fit me really well even though it’s a fitted design and I’m tall- 5’11. The material is stretchy and comfortable, but cheap and translucent. I had a difficult time finding a slip, which is a must in this dress. Any bit of lace detail or hardware on undergarments will show right through, so I recommend a simple, no frills, snug fitting, flesh toned slip. This may not be the dress for you if you require shape wear to feel good in dresses. This dress saved the day for me, though! I replaced the belt with a simple, jeweled bridal tie belt. I received a lot of compliments and I felt confident wearing it. Classy, elegant, and not so 1950’s style that it looks costumish.For reference, I’m a size 4-6, 5’11, 140 lbs, 32-34 C-d.
