It is definitely worth the money and it's perfect for your first time bullet journal.It is much smaller than I expected, but I still think it is worth it.The felt pens that came with it work well (minus the yellow one, but I didnt expect anything less) and they dont bleed through which is very important.The stensils are very flimsy though, I feel as they might break after using them for a bit.The stickers are what you expect, cheesy but cute.There is a folder in the back of the notebook that can hold important things, such as the stickers or the stencils.All in all it's worth the money, and its worth the time you'll spend designing your own journal.
