I have frizzy hair and acne-prone skin that flakes off a lot from using retinoids (triple whack). Silk pillowcases should help by: reducing friction and moisture loss in curly (or wavy) hair, making it healthier and more manageable; Leave (expensive) leather products on your skin instead of soaking them in cotton pillowcases (and reducing irritation from scratches). Jimoo has great customer service, really great and I was so happy when I received this pillowcase. It's thick and luxurious and I love the hidden zipper.
