I was really excited to try this after using the Revlon dryer brush but wanted a smaller shaft. I used it for the entire 2 minutes when my shoulder length hair kept getting snagged (the air intake is at the bottom of the handle so your hair can be pulled in easily). After having to pull the hair out, I didn't get a chance to get in to clean it. It took about 2 more minutes before it started smelling like burning, probably because my hair got stuck in the motor. Waste of money, go for better-known names that have a more user-friendly design and more power.
