Exhaust pipe fits size
Exterior finish is smooth chrome plated. The magnet will not stick to the exhaust tip or the band clip. The magnet sticks to the band clamp. A 9/16 head is used to mount the assembly. The tip fits perfectly on a 3 inch OD straight exhaust pipe. I had to cut off about 6 inches of the exhaust pipe because of a swaged and welded joint that was wider than 3 inches. AUTOSAVER88 is near the drain hole. No sharp edges were found. The wall thickness is not less than the thickness of the factory exhaust pipe.
