Good product for me, no problems at all.
The sound quality is acceptable, and the headphones block out a sufficient amount of ambient noise. If you own an iPhone, getting a pair of these is something that I would strongly recommend. Some cons: Unfortunately, it's not simply the fact that they work there in California; there's nothing you can do about it.
