I didn't anticipate that the set-top box's interface would operate quickly enough with all the resources and just 1GB of RAM based on the reviews. I was happy with the remote control because it is compact and lightweight and operates quickly despite obstructions like walls. This set-top box's poor Wi-Fi connection is its worst flaw. In the apartment, I have over ten Wi-Fi devices, and none of them have ever experienced signal or connection issues. The identical set-top box connected to Wi-Fi from the router in a different room hidden by a brick wall but reported that there was no Internet (2.4 GHz) on the Wi-Fi network. connected and distributed from a nearby phone, but the speed is just not there. Everything flew as he drew the smartphone closer to the gaming console. It also worked when I connected the prefix in the same room as the router. Conclusion: This Wi-Fi transmitter is quite weak and should only be used in close proximity to the source. The HDMI signal did not match the TV signal, therefore I didn't want to instantly connect to the old Sony TV. On a different TV, I had to manually choose the resolution and refresh rate; the third time, it worked. I concede that this TV has issues, but a different Chinese set-top box connects to it without issue and automatically generates the desired signal. The set-top box simply turned off after loading the main menu, so I had to plug it into a power outlet. USB power from another set-top box was insufficient. This isn't a major issue in my opinion because it is explicitly stated that the prefix needs 1A. Sometimes, it becomes really warm, but I believe that's normal for a tiny device with so many features. There are no decent alternatives for this price either, however I deem this device to be completely unworthy of the Xiaomi brand due to these significant flaws. If you are prepared for it, you may take it, but only with the aforementioned limitations.
