Saved Company A great many days worth of research and development

We hired vendor for their ability in creating demand, but found that they were extremely knowledgeable across multiple disciplines such as Sales Enablement & CRM management/optimization - Customer Service Management (CSR) optimization / CSRM Optimisation is one area we used them heavily within our organization due to lack availability from internal team members who are experts at this particular process.- Vendor has been able to help us improve upon past processes by utilizing various tools- The amount time savings can not be measured properly only through results seen when implementing new tool set!

Pros
  • They have vast experience with all things sales enablemnent related; however I feel it’s good if you really know how everything works before signing up which would give more credibility than relying solely or completely being left guessing about your investment into an endeavor like SDR Automation
