this is by far one of the easiest food dehydrators I have had the pleasure of using, it is also compact, trays slide in and our easily no jamming up, instructions were well thought out, I was not distracted when it was running. we enjoyed sliced apples first out. cleanup was also a breeze. door opens wide for easy access, and we have been happy with the consistency of the dried fruit from top shelf to the bottom. very happy
