I like that it has multiple layers of protection to ensure we are covered in case an attack does occur/get past one layer or product (or both). It can be difficult for some users when trying new features as there aren't any tutorials provided unless they reach out via phone support which isn’t always helpful if you don; t have time during business hrs etc- so make sure your technical team understands how this works! Also having different types of alerts would help with training people who may not know what type each alert means but could benefit from knowing them all just incase something goes wrong - also being able see historical data helps too since sometimes certain things seem harmless at first glance then later turn into issues once seen over several weeks / months back log.
