Disappointed, damaged x 2

I was so happy to receive this product. When it arrived it was damaged due to the packaging so I sent it back and asked for a replacement. In record time I received damaged packaging, the lid was scratched, the packaging was fine. I returned it. It looks cute and just what I needed but was very disappointed that it was always damaged. Now the price has gone up and I won't be ordering anymore.
