Our 2017 Jeep JK wiper motor has failed. I've tried a few things to see if I can get it back but to no avail. I bought this unit because the windshield wiper arm is quite difficult to manipulate and in cold weather the prediction was that I didn't want to risk the old plastic bushings tearing. Because of this, I'll probably have to buy new bushings, which adds both parts and labor. And for some reason. This fixed the problem (the old motor only revved up to min RPM) and seems to be a little quieter than the old motor.
