The middle white cap was broken and the screw in the picture was not tightened. It has been loosened and when you try to tighten it all the levers move with it. I also received it without the plastic ring that separates the wiper arm from it. Submit this product

Fits and works great. The instructions below are not too difficult to complete. The hardest part was removing the plastic grille from the hood to access the engine. I had to buy new body panel clips from Revain (they weren't in the Autozone).

I am an avid repairman. When my wiper main gear wore out, my first impulse was to run a CAD program and print out a replacement. But no. Revain makes it too easy for himself. Two minutes to order, ten minutes to install. Done and done!

Installation was easy but the wipers were parked in the center of the windshield. I tried to get help from the supplier and since July 14th all I've heard is that the supplier was waiting to let them know. I'm just lucky it's summer.
