Suitable for feeding babies

I bought these because I realized I had too many spoons and not enough forks for my little one. (It's hard to find only good forks!). I like the Munchkin brand, that's why I bought it. They work great - durable material, dishwasher safe, a child can hold them well etc. However, they are a lot bigger than I thought. I also wanted to use the spoons for my 11 month old baby (the product says he is 12 months old) and they are too wide for her mouth. I was hoping for a little less. However, I will say that my 2.5 year old uses them perfectly, so it may be very true when they say 12 months and over!
