After buying several different brands of pencil extensions that failed miserably what they were supposed to do I ended up getting a pretty penny! The price for quality and performance is great! My medium is crayons so it was necessary for them to fit different brands and sizes and I'm happy to report that they do just that. Here's a rundown of what I've found with brands I personally use and have tried just to see which extender works with which brand of pen. 1. Silver-Derwent Coloursoft, Inktinse, Pastels and Round Sketches. Faber-Castell Polychromos.2. Black Derwent Studio, watercolour, metallic and drawing pencils. Drawing pen for Prismacolor Premier, Verithin, LightFast, Turquoise and Jet Black Smooth. In summary, whether you're a pro or just starting out, you can't go wrong with Derwents extensions. The grip is smooth but not slippery. Works well with different brands and the price is perfect. I bought them at full price and didn't get a discount for my very honest opinion. Just an artist giving valuable information to others.
