This sports bra is not so sporty. It's more like a tank top. I ordered a large and an extra large because I wasn't sure which size would fit best. My bust is 41" and underbust is 34" and I wear a 36DDD so I have a fuller bust. I ended up going with the Extra Large because it gave me the best coverage. It comes with an integrated bra with removable pads. I wore this for an intense workout (Insanity Max 30) and it didn't offer much support and I was afraid of the slippage that seemed to occur with each of the burpees. However, it was comfortable and my boobs didn't come out. I like the thicker straps and that it's not an athletic style so they don't cut into my neck muscles. Perfect for relaxing and I would wear it again for high intensity workouts. It showed a lot of fat on my back but that doesn't bother me.
