Review on Leveret Pajamas Girls Pajama Cotton by Omar Svagera

Great quality and fit - fun coloring

Bought these pajamas to turn into a Halloween costume. My daughter prefers when I turn pajamas into costumes because they're more comfortable and she can get more out of them... so this year she asked to be Blue from Jurassic World. Size 6 fits perfectly but doesn't run small). The quality is good - they are not too thin like many pyjamas, but not very thick either. For her costume I drew a Velociraptor mask from Target (I also drew a raptor mouth and scales on her gray mask for school since masks are compulsory at school), then I used fabric paint (and a combination of acrylic paint + medium-sized fabric) to convert pajamas. For the tail, I took the old gray leggings she grew up in, sewed one leg into a triangle, stuffed it with cotton wool, sewed it to the belt of the same leggings, and then dyed it to match. fun project. but if you do something like this... be sure to dilute the paint with water before applying it to the fabric. I forgot I did this last year when I was drawing pajamas for a suit and it turned out so much better. If you don't thin the paint before applying it, it will stiffen as it dries. We had to stretch the sleeves a lot for her to wear it which caused the paint to tear. It was good and still looked great... But I'll have to remember that for next year! I sewed it to the belt from the same leggings and then dyed it to match. Fun project, but if you're making something like this... be sure to dilute the paint with water before applying it to the fabric.
