My daughter got this radio in December. It was great until yesterday. Unfortunately the adapter recently fell apart and yesterday the radio started SMOKING. Luckily, she turned it off immediately. Please be careful when you have this radio. Update: Customer Service contacted me about my purchase and was AWESOME at getting it right. They first talked about how happy they were that my family was safe and then offered to solve the problem for us. They offered a replacement or refund (minus fees). We have decided to return. Excellent customer service!
