All those nasty bright blue LEDs ruining your night can easily disappear if you put this on top. My microwave clock literally lit my entire kitchen all night. I bought this and put a piece on my watch and it became a comforting green that is still easy to see day and night, but it didn't light up the whole house. I recommend everyone to do this. I have used it all over the house and I sleep and feel much better.
