Overall, I'm pretty disappointed.
This tool seems to be designed for small business owners that use social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter etc. If you're running a company that has clients, suppliers or any kind of relationship with another business, this tool isn't for you. Cyn.in does not offer enough flexibility for the business owner to manage their relationships effectively. It doesn't provide the ability to easily add contacts and maintain a database of these relationships. It also lacks the ability to store notes or conversations between users. I think it would be better if it allowed users to search for other users (like LinkedIn) and add them as connections. Another thing I didn't like was that it took forever to load pages and display information. I also wasn't able to share information between users. It was pretty easy to set up and configure. However, once you add a new member to the team, you'll notice that it requires them to create an account and give access to everything. Also, if you have more than 50 members on your team, you'll see that there is no limit on how many connections you can add.
- There was very little setup required and it was pretty easy to get going.
- When you sign up, it gives you 100MB of storage space.
- They don't charge you for storing or using documents/files within the tool.
- You will need to ask lots of questions before you start using it.
- They don't answer basic questions such as "How do I add a contact?" or "How do I upload a file?"
