Too big for people with thin ankles

1 YEAR Rating: One of the straps has started to fray. The Velcro on one of the straps was beginning to peel off. Otherwise the quality is good. The reflective greyish stripes are still not cracked or peeled off. My main problem is the size. I have relatively thin ankles for a man and these are way too big. I can imagine that they are too big for many women. Of course, due to their size, they cannot be used as bracelets either.
