I bought this product for my 8 year old birthday as a replacement event. The motto of his birthday party was "ONE MINUTE TO WIN”. And let's just say entertaining a dozen eight-year-old boys in a house is no easy feat. The boys were energetic and flew through the games faster than expected. Luckily I bought paints, canvases and these brushes/palettes. They were perfect for the boys and surprisingly calmed them down as they focused on their projects. I was very impressed with the quality of the brushes and the variety of brush styles. There was no "fight" or "competition" for specific sizes, for there was a great variety to please them. Brushes and palettes are very easy to clean. The pallets are made of plastic and are durable. I have two other children (4 and 3) and I know I will be using them for their future birthday parties. It was definitely a great purchase for our family!
