That was a few months ago. So far, so good. So far no problem. I also bought shorter ones from another brand and they broke about 2 months ago and they were bought after these Amazon Gold. I need to replace shorter ones so I'll probably replace with a shorter version of this Amazon. Also the gold is beautiful :) The only thing I noticed is a tiny inconvenience that the page matters. For example, if you plug it into a phone with the "Amazon" logo facing up/to the ceiling, it will charge, but if you turn it over and plug it in with the logo facing down/towards the floor, it will not charge. t seem to charge.
