First of all I love this Dex dock with my Galaxy S8+ and Galaxy S20+. You will hardly understand that you are not using the desktop with Samsung Dex. There are a few downsides, however, but nothing should stop anyone from buying a docking station. I'll break it down into points below and mention a few things that aren't very clear from the manufacturer's description above. First, you can't get fast charging with regular fast charging or Samsung's fast charging. You must use a PD charger with USB-C output and 18W power. I couldn't get any higher than "Cable Charging", which means slow charging is done with something other than a PD charger. I had to use the S20 charger for faster charging. Another "problem" is that this dock doesn't have an audio jack. Considering I knew this was included with this dock I figured I didn't care since I was using Bluetooth from the phone to the headphones. For that I would like to get another Baseus Dex docking station with audio output. It looks very nice. The last problem I have is not a dock error as far as I understand it: I can't get resolutions higher than 1080p. This is on a variety of monitors and TVs including 2560 x 1440 Dell Ultrasharp and 4K Vizio UHD TV. This also applies to various Samsung phones including the Galaxy S8+, the Galaxy S9+ and now the Galaxy S20+. It's not about the cables as there were many different ones and they all work with devices from PS4 Pro to Revain FireTV Cube (first generation) with expected results. It seems to be something with phones as using an HDMI to USB-C cable gives the same results with the same screens. I'll take care of it. Pros: + Works well, turning old phones into good new Dextops + Great way to play Android games on the big screen + No shared ports (all ports work simultaneously) + Charges phone in dock (slow or fast, depending after charger) + quick charge with PD charger. Cons: - Requires a PD charger to charge the phone quickly. - No headphone/speaker jack. as FHD 1080p (probably a phone issue).
