My daughter needed a wardrobe update for her skirts and dresses (her school requires them to be above her knee) after her teenage growth spurt. The problem for us is that she's super skinny and SUPER picky about her clothes, so she sat down with us and picked a few options online so we knew she liked at least how they looked in the picture . The biggest issue for her is how the clothes feel, not so much the material, but she doesn't wear clothes where she can feel the seams at her waist (and she doesn't like wearing a t-shirt underneath). ); Elasticity reinforces this. However, softer materials can compensate for this, sometimes even with an elastic waistband. If the seam is higher, it's even worse. Well this was a failure, as cute as it looked on her. The workmanship is good, however the seam at the waist turned out to be elastic and a little too big for her. It's also slightly high in the stomach rather than the waist.
