Comfort. Drinks are kept cold, works great but the zipper broke as other reviewers have pointed out. The backpack was hardly used, the zipper didn't last 6 months. Hydro Flask has this covered with their 5 year warranty. 888-584-9376. Swapping colors out was a hassle (anyone who thinks a black cooler is a good idea should actually use the product they're developing, there's a reason this is the only color left, luckily a support rep has found an Artic (light cyan) in the system, so it worked for us).
