The quality is fine, it's fine to use.

I think you can pick up some kind of silicone lid from rectangular dishes to tighten the top organizer in order to avoid trouble when turning the drawer over

Pros

Inexpensive (270 rub. ) Roomy for lures

Cons

When turned over, everything that was in the organizer is poured into the general compartment and mixed with each other, it would be nice to either make a built-in inner lid or a removable lid for the organizer. There are a lot of places inside for baits, but a normal reel will definitely not fit.
