We bought this for our son who is very touch sensitive. He also sleeps very hot and sweats at night. He likes the feel of the pillow. It is very comfortable and soft to the touch. It also helps him stay cool (but not totally sweaty) at night, so he sleeps better and is less likely to wake up at night. . Also recommended for children who sleep hot. This helps cool them down for a better night's sleep.
