Revainrating 4 out of 5

soothing and moisturizing, contains centella, niacinamide and hyaluronic acid made in Korea

This skin brightening toner SKIN1004 Madagascar Centella Hyalu-CICA comes in a light blue clear bottle but the liquid itself is colorless and clear . It's a hydrating (non-astringent) toner that contains centella asiatica to soothe, niacinamide to brighten, and hyaluronic acid to lock in moisture. On the other hand, it smells of Damask rose flower water, which can irritate sensitive skin. It is made in Korea. The outer box is sealed with a sticker and the bottle is sealed with foil under the lid and both are clearly marked with the manufacture and expiration dates. The ingredients are listed in English and Korean on the outer packaging, but not on it. inner bottle.
