Oh my god! I can scream hallelujah without shudder or pain! I have had lower back and buttock pain for many months now with only occasional relief. The only time I felt temporary relief was when I decided to forgo the occasional anti-inflammatories or muscle relaxants to relieve fake pain. .Well today after trying this device for the first time, I am really amazed! After just a few minutes of use, I felt relief! The device is a bit difficult to set up. You need to be strong enough to bend hard plastic - or have a strong person do it for you. Once set up, it's pretty easy. Sit on the floor and place the wide end of the device on your buttocks. Then sit back on the stretcher and relax. It takes several tries to get the right position, but I moved this device up and down for complete pain relief and muscle relaxation. The initial stretch was a little painful, so I repositioned the stretcher along my spine until I felt better. I followed the instructions, rolled onto my side and was glad my pain was gone! I did this right before bed so I have to assess how my lower back, hip and leg feel in the morning. Wait I'm a believer and I had to write a review to help others know that there is a light at the end of the stretcher! This device has a 1.5 inch thick foam pad covering the hard plastic. I can't imagine buying or using any of the devices that this pad doesn't offer. Maybe one day I'll be relaxed enough to remove it, but for now I'm thrilled with this purchase and the device!
